Our system is secure, protected by firewalls and anti-virus utilities. We have a comprehensive, redundant backup routine in place. Our File Management System ensures that access to any of our files is work-related, and logged. Files transmitted through the internet can be encrypted. The people who work for us go through police and security checks prior to hiring, and they sign a Confidentiality Agreement against divulging or misusing information from our files.

Computer files can be sent as email attachment, through FTP, or uploaded to a website and downloaded with a browser. Paper documents can be sent by an efficient courier service.

The billing cycle is agreed upon beforehand by Cyberstream and client. Invoice for services rendered is issued by Cyberstream. Client pays through bank-to-bank remittance or telegraphic transfer. Upon receipt of payment, Cyberstream issues an official receipt.
